MTL 500 Ergon is an optical measuring device designed to measure parts without returning them directly from a magazine specially arranged on the floor.
Ergon is a Greek word meaning "work". MTL 500 is a simple measurement tool, is actually a very good assistant who helps the operator to:
- Keep CNC centers in production by eliminating downtime
- Reduce measurement time
- Measure the piece directly on the workbench without the need for a standardized room
- Set values and parameters of the car not to exceed the allowable tolerance

- Static measurements (diameters, lengths, angles, distances and angles between points and straight lines, the average diameter of a sphere)
- Measurements wire (diameter nominal diameters minor share of roller length of thread)
- Geometrical measurements (symmetries, rectangularity)
- The shape and measurements of rotational (rotation diameters, angles between camshaft timing holes and keys, roundness, cylindrical)
