15 Microcheck MTP is a measuring machine for optical inspection of flat parts, capable of measuring hundreds of features in a single scan in just a few minutes. MTP 15 allows the operator to conduct a full and accurate dimensional control of production.
For example, parts of the photo are inspected only 15 seconds. High resolution sensor can inspect diameters and lengths, and radii, chamfers, angles, etc., which normally can not be controlled by the line control systems.
Each unique piece is measured DXF possible comparison with real profiles. Automatically and without additional time, MTP 15 can collect all the necessary data for statistical purposes and is able to generate a report for each unique piece measured. The graphical interface enables the operator by detecting the parts that did not pass inspection.
It can measure parts up to 16 x 300 x 20 mm
15 Microcheck MTP was designed to work directly in the production hall.
