Detectorul cu ultrasunete Novotest UD2301-mini este proiectat pentru testarea nedistructiva a metalelor, materialelor plastice, sticlei, materialelor compozite, inspectiilor prin sudare si masurarii grosimii diferitelor produse si structuri.
Detectorul de defecțiuni permite utilizatorului să detecteze diverse defecte, cum ar fi discontinuitățile, fisurile și eterogenitatea materialelor din produsele semifabricate și îmbinările sudate, pentru a măsura adâncimea și coordonatele defectelor, grosimea produselor, viteza propagării și atenuarea vibrațiilor cu ultrasunete (UT) în material.
Dispozitivul are un afișaj color cu rezoluție mare (320 * 480 pixeli), ceea ce îmbunătățește semnificativ gradul de utilizare a acestuia.
Utilizarea detectorului defectelor ultrasonice:
pentru a testa calitatea sudurilor și a metalelor de bază ale produselor;
pentru a detecta coroziunea, fisurile, delaminările și alte defecte interne;
pentru a determina coordonatele și estimarea parametrilor defectelor, cum ar fi discontinuitatea, fisurile și uniformitatea materialelor din produsele din metal, plastic, compozite și alte materiale;
pentru a măsura grosimea produselor.
