MTL 1250 Ergon is an optical measuring device designed to measure castings and not only directly in the magazine pieces.
Ergon is a Greek word meaning "work". MTL 1250 Ergon is actually a simple measurement tool, but the best assistant operator can have:
- Keep CNC centers in production by eliminating downtimes
- Helps operators during switching production by reducing measurement time of the first track
- Allows the operator to carry out measurements in one place and not necessarily in a standard room
- Allows you to prevent scrap pieces by machine parameters before setting values to be outside tolerances

- Geometrical measurements (Symmetries, rectangularity)
- Measurements nut (asymmetry, angular distance between the girls)
